Questions about support
What information is needed to prepare a proposal?
The work location and schedule, planned trajectory, intervals and diameters, drilling fluid parameters and expected temperatures. This information helps determine the equipment package and support required.
Can telemetry equipment be rented?
Yes. The company rents out its own telemetry systems. The equipment package and engineering support are agreed according to the technical specification.
Is remote support available?
Remote monitoring and technical support are possible with a stable internet connection. Communication arrangements and the working process are agreed before work starts.
What materials does the customer receive?
Measurement data and technical documentation within the scope agreed for the specific well and chosen support arrangement.
